Club OUAI is OUAI’s free loyalty program. Members earn points on eligible purchases and activities, then redeem those points for discounts and other available rewards.

Club OUAI is currently available only to residents of the United States.

How do I join Club OUAI?

You can sign up for our Club OUAI loyalty program through our rewards page: HERE. Follow the prompts to enroll.

Be sure to enroll before checking out or completing an eligible activity. Points cannot be added for purchases or activities completed before you joined. Club OUAI is separate from our previous TYB rewards program.

How do I earn Club OUAI points?

Earn points when you shop

The number of points you earn per $1 depends on your Club OUAI tier:

• OUAI Curious: 1 point per $1 spent.
• OUAI Official: 1.5 points per $1 spent.
• All the OUAI: 2 points per $1 spent.

Points are earned on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

When placing your order, make sure you’re signed in or use the email address connected to your Club OUAI account.

Earn points through eligible activities

You can also earn points through the following activities:

• Join Club OUAI: 100 points.
• Leave an eligible product review: 50 points.
• Follow OUAI on Instagram: 10 points.
• Follow OUAI on TikTok: 10 points.
• Birthday reward: 100 points.
• Refer a friend: 200 points for each successful referral.

You’ll need to be enrolled in Club OUAI before completing an activity to receive points. Points cannot be added retroactively or backdated.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Give a friend $10 off a qualifying purchase of $50 or more, and earn 200 points when they complete their purchase.

To qualify:

• Your friend must be a first-time customer, or their first purchase must have been more than two years ago.
• Your friend must not have previously received a referral reward.
• Self-referrals aren’t eligible. Matching or similar email addresses may prevent both rewards from being issued.
• If you and your friend share a billing or shipping address, you won’t receive referral points.

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your Club OUAI account to view your points balance and available rewards on the Club OUAI page.

How do I redeem my points?

Sign in and visit How to Use Your Points on the Club OUAI page. Select an eligible reward and follow the prompts to redeem.

Points can be redeemed for the following discounts:

• 100 points = $5 off.
• 200 points = $10 off.
• 300 points = $15 off.
• 400 points = $20 off.

OUAI Official and All the OUAI members can also redeem points for eligible OUAI products. Product rewards may change and are available while supplies last.

What are the Club OUAI tiers?

Club OUAI has three loyalty tiers: OUAI Curious, OUAI Official, and All the OUAI.

OUAI Curious

OUAI Curious is free to join.

Benefits include:

• 1 point per $1 spent.
• Birthday reward.
• Points redeemable for discounts.
• Early access to promotions.

OUAI Official

Members reach OUAI Official after spending $150 on qualifying purchases.

Benefits include:

• 1.5 points per $1 spent.
• $5 new-tier gift.
• Birthday reward.
• Points redeemable for discounts or eligible products.
• Early access to promotions.

All the OUAI

Members reach All the OUAI after spending $250 on qualifying purchases.

Benefits include:

• 2 points per $1 spent.
• Free shipping with no minimum.
• Early access to launches and promotions.
• Exclusive promotions.
• Exclusive members-only products.
• $5 new-tier gift.
• Birthday reward.
• Points redeemable for discounts or eligible products.

What is an earning period, and how long do I have to qualify for the next tier?

An earning period is the 12-month window you have to qualify for a higher Club OUAI tier. Spend $150 on qualifying purchases during that period to reach OUAI Official, or $250 to reach All the OUAI.

Can I receive points for purchases made before I joined?

You’ll need to enroll in Club OUAI before making a purchase or completing an eligible activity.

Points cannot be added retroactively or backdated, even if you already had a regular OUAI shopping account. TYB points are different than Club OUAI points. Any remaining TYB points will be a in your TYB accounts.

Do Club OUAI points expire?

Yes. Points expire six months after the date they are earned.

Because points may be earned on different dates, portions of your points balance may expire at different times.

Can I transfer or combine my points?

Club OUAI points belong to your individual account and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with points from another account. Points have no cash value.

Can product rewards sell out?

Yes. Product rewards are available while supplies last and may change. Sign in to your Club OUAI account to see the rewards currently available to you.

Why are my points missing?

First, make sure you’re signed in to the correct Club OUAI account and that the email address on your order matches the email address connected to your account.

If you completed an activity, confirm that you enrolled before completing it and met the activity’s requirements.

Customers must enroll in Club OUAI before they can begin earning points. Points will not be awarded retroactively or backdated for purchases or eligible activities completed before enrollment.

Club OUAI points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire six months after they are earned. Additional exclusions and restrictions may apply.

OUAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Club OUAI at any time.
