My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received itUpdated 16 days ago

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:

- The delivery provider left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
- A landlord, neighbor, or loved one may have accepted the package on your behalf 
- The delivery provider marked the package as delivered a couple of days in advance

Delivery providers often mark packages as delivered and then actually deliver it within the next two business days (Monday-Friday). If your package has not been delivered by 8PM after two business days past the marked delivered date, please let us know so we can investigate with the carrier and proceed with further options as soon as possible.
