Returns, refunds, and exchanges can only be processed for orders placed directly on theouai.com or theouai.co.uk. 

If your purchase was made through a retailer (like Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, etc), the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with them according to their policy, as those transactions do not appear in our system.
