How do I track my OUAI order?Updated 16 days ago

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account. 

1. Click on 'Account' on our website toolbar and log in with the email you used to place your order. 

2. Select the correct order number you'd like to track under the 'orders' tab. 

3. Once selected, you will see your orders tracking link to further check your order's shipping progress. 

If you checked out as a guest, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking details.
